Diamond Sawing

Professional Sawing

Diamond sawing are used to cut horizontal flat concrete surfaces such as roads, pavements, car parks and concrete slabs.

Floor sawing is quick and efficient and often used when surface repairs need to be made in a short space of time. The system consists of a circular blade powered by a diesel or petrol engine.

For internal areas of cutting, an electric saw is used. The operator walks behind the unit as it moves along a flat surface. The blades are capable of cutting up to 600mm depth.

The concrete floor areas can be cut into individual one metre squares, which then have a central lifting eye installed, which then facilitates lifting and removal by machine ready for disposal. This method avoids lengthy and often dusty breaking out by compressed air breakers.
